Returns & Exchanges Policy

European Spa Source returns are handled on a case by case basis. Returns must be complete within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with a European Spa Source purchase, please email us within 30 days at randy.carr@gmail.com. Opened/used products are unable to be returned. All sales are final on our limited-edition and discontinued products. To request a return, please:

  • Send us an email with a copy of your invoice.
  • Let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.
  • Include a daytime phone number where we can contact you.

Any items purchased through one of our wholesale partners should be returned to the original point of purchase.

REPORT ORDER PROBLEMS

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact us at 949-300-0187 or email us. Please understand that in most cases we will send you a return label to send the defective product back to us.
